Giving ourselves permission to be with sadness actually creates space for us to begin the healing process. The act of grieving is a natural process of allowing us to sort through the range of emotions that are present in our everyday existence.
We are use this process to heal anything in life from something we are dissappointed in to events in our lives that we consider to be great sadness. It is our experience that is most true to us. In all conditions, the process of healing will allow our lives to unfold in ways that provide meaning and our paths to unfold in the direction of life that is meant for us.
